It’s surprisingly difficult to find a late-night meal in Las Vegas, a city known for exploits that last into the wee hours of the morning.

Unfortunately, the pandemic and subsequent labor shortages have forced many restaurants to cut their hours of operation, leaving few options open late.

I thought it would be helpful to create and maintain a breakdown of restaurants open around the clock so that you can get your calorie fix, no matter what time it is.

I’ll be sure to link to the menus of each restaurant so that you can easily compare your options.

24-Hour Restaurants On The Strip

Backstage Deli at Luxor: Specializing in a selection of breakfast sandwiches, traditional sandwiches, burgers, and hot dogs, Backstage Deli is open around the clock from Wednesday through Sunday.

America at New York New York: Not only is America a budget-friendly destination, with most items costing $15ish or less, but they’re also open 24 hours. On the menu are a collection of burgers, pasta, fish & chips, soups, salads, and sandwiches.

America is also among the few restaurants on the Strip with all-day breakfast.

Side Betty Grill at Park MGM: Side Betty Grill offers a limited “After Hours” menu from midnight – 2 pm. Items on the menu include chicken tenders, a double cheeseburger, a spicy chicken sandwich, a bacon-wrapped hot dog, and even a sloppy joe. Most late-night menu items land in the $15 – $20 range.

The Henry at Cosmopolitan: Offering an extensive late-night menu, overnight guests will have the opportunity to order a number of breakfast items, sandwiches, burgers, soup, salad, desserts, and even co*cktails around the clock. Most entrees on the menu cost $20, give or take.

Cafe Americano at Caesars Palace: The late-night menu at Cafe Americano is wide-ranging and includes burgers, fish & chips, pasta, a ribeye steak, breakfast items, and personal pizzas. Most items on the menu land in the mid-$20 range.

Snacks at Mirage: A quick-serve restaurant open 24 hours, Snacks serves a number of breakfast sandwiches, traditional sandwiches, burgers, and hot dogs.

Cafe Belle Madeleine at Paris: Open around the clock, Cafe Belle Madeleine serves a collection of breakfast sandwiches, pastries, salads, and lunch sandwiches at a palatable price point.

Cafe Americano at Paris: Like their location at Caesars Palace, Cafe Americano keeps the lights on 24 hours per day, serving sandwiches, burgers, breakfast, steaks, and pasta around the clock.

Snacks at Bellagio: Like Snacks at The Mirage, Bellagio’s version is open around the clock, serving an assortment of burgers, chicken fingers, fries, etc.

I recently stopped in and was impressed by the portion sizes, albeit somewhat expensive.

Grand Lux Cafe at Venetian: Venetian’s Grand Lux Cafe offers a somewhat limited, yet effective, late-night menu. On it, you’ll find breakfast items like a Belgian waffle, salads, and sandwiches. The sandwich lineup includes a BLT, roast turkey and brie, chicken salad, and a club.

Notably, everything on the late-night menu hovers around $20 or less.

Notably, there is also a Grand Lux Cafe at Palazzo, however, that location is not open 24 hours.

Westside Deli at Circus Circus: Home to plenty of cheap, quick eats. Westside Deli serves breakfast, soups, salads, burgers, and sandwiches around the clock. In addition to meals, some unique snacks are also offered like chili, chili cheese fries, and nachos.

STRAT Cafe at STRAT: Friday through Sunday, the STRAT Cafe stays open 24 hours and serves everything from burgers and steak to breakfast on their late-night menu.

Denny’s (3 locations): Although you likely have one back at home, you should note that Denny’s is open 24 hours and offer locations at Casino Royale, just north of MGM Grand, and just north of Encore.

Peppermill: The popular restaurant across the street from Resorts World is open 24 hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only.

Honorable Mention – Ellis Island: Located a short 5-minute walk from the Strip behind Horseshoe, Ellis Island is a haven for value seekers.

In addition to 24-hour eats at their Village Pub, Ellis is known for dealing $5 blackjack, $5 craps, and serving cheap craft brews.

24-Hour Restaurants on Fremont Street

Saginaw’s at Circa: Saginaw’s serves an impressive lineup of both hot and cold sandwiches. I recently stopped in and ordered a warm corned beef and pastrami sandwich and found it to be delicious and filling – Worth the $22 paid.

Notably, Saginaw’s also sells the shrimp co*cktail made famous by DuPar’s at Golden Gate, which is now closed. Honestly, it isn’t cheap at $12, but if you’re up money from gambling, I’d suggest using your winnings to splurge.

The Grille at Golden Nugget: Nestled within Golden Nugget is The Grille, which is open around the clock and serves breakfast, pizzas, a variety of loaded hot dogs, sandwiches, and more. A cost-effective option, almost everything can be yours for under $20.

Lanai Express at Fremont: This one isn’t open 24/7, but it’s close enough to count as Lanai Express is open from 11 am – 7 am the next day.

The menu is wide-ranging and includes items like oxtail soup, hamburgers, Chinese, and the cheapest shrimp co*cktail in Vegas at a mere $2.99.

I recently tried the shrimp co*cktail, and to be honest, it’s not likely something to buy again… but dang it’s cheap!

American Coney Island at The D: Essentially a unique fast-food joint, American Coney Island is one of my personal favorite late-night spots to grab a bite. On the menu are dogs, burgers, gyros, and cheese/chili cheese fries.

Siegel’s 1941 at El Cortez: Siegel’s 1941 has a separate late-night menu that includes breakfast items, sandwiches, burgers, chicken wings, and even salmon.

Denny’s: A known quantity, Denny’s in Neonopolis never closes.

Fast Food Options Downtown: There are a number of fast-food options on Fremont Street that can fill your late-night cravings. Restaurant options include McDonald’s (The D), Subway (Plaza, 4 Queens, and El Cortez), White Castle, and others.

Hopefully, I was able to steer you in the direction of a restaurant in Vegas that works for you, your tastes, and your budget. While “around the clock” options are currently pretty limited, I’m hopeful that the list expands as pressures caused by the current labor shortage ease.
