Hey @ATT unresolved billing issue with you now effecting my credit rating. We had house fire mid-2020, CPE & boxes destroyed in fire, they are gone. You wouldn’t let me cancel service w/o the gear, went round & round last year. What is the next step to remove the service fees?

Lately, @FusionConnectSM has been very silent. I always see lack of communication, silence, as a sign of failure. I've been trying to get #fiber for 9 months. Silence tells me that I will get a poorly priced service, whenever they and @ATT get around to it. @SantaClaraCity

Kinda crazy, @ATTHelp. Haha. When you had my service suspended and I had full bars, hardly ever happened. As soon as I pay my bill and it goes between 1 and 2 bars. 🙄
