GGriffinEddieThere are four rooms. The manager could have looked to see that we booked two days back to back and planned for us to be in one room two days. They woke us up from a nap and said we had to get out right now and move to another room. I ask for mercy to let us stay in the room but none was given. I swept the floor. Emptied our trash washed the dishes and *****ped the beds. We left in 20 minutes. We didn't want to make extra work to the maid. Happy forth of July weekend to all. God Bless America.

GGuest UserI am not an overly picky traveler, and I have never checked out of a hotel early, but I only stayed one night of my 5 night reservation. I could not wait to get out of this hotel. I am suspect of the positive reviews because my entire experience at Microtel Inn & Suites was so bad! Checking in was a joke. I was the only person being checked in and it took 20 minutes because the lady at the desk couldn't figure out how to work the system. My room was clean, but the overwhelming smell of strong chemicals nearly gagged me. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were not supportive. The sheets had makeup stains on them! The TV service is nonexistent. You must log into your own streaming services to watch anything. When I woke up in the morning I was disappointed to see that there was no coffee maker in the room. When I went to the lobby there was a rude young man working on the breakfast who snapped my head off when I politely asked when the coffee would be ready. The gym is a tiny room with a few lame pieces of equipment stuffed into it. The only nice experience I had was the check out procedure. The manager did not question why I only stayed one night, and didn't try to penalize me for early check out. Probably because he sees this all the time. Avoid this place!!!

GGuest UserRoom was in grandfathered building so there is no elevator for 2nd floor so that was downside considering we had to make several trips to bring belongings to room. The room was clean and comfortable and nice having balcony with view of water. The other disappointment was there was no working ice machine so we had to walk a couple buildings over to get ice. The room had some cups and utensils but nothing to wash them with (not disposable). Being the room was clean and comfortable with nice location made it acceptable. For the price, there should be more amenities so not sure room is worth the price. We did get a discount so it was ok, would never pay full price. You can easily walk to bay and restaurant so that was plus.

GGuest UserI rented two rooms , both had roaches . One of the rooms toilet was like sitting on a rocking chair. It wasn’t secured down . The pool was closed for under construction. It looked as if it was closed for awhile. In the pictures we saw on line the pool looked nice , far from it . Is that false advertising ? The one room smelled like smoke , none of us smoke . The doors from the closet fell off twice . The entrance door barely locked . There were bug ( roaches in the light in the bathroom .The breakfast wasn’t the greatest either , things were cold ( eggs) , the waffle maker didn’t work properly . This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in . The staff was nice . That’s about it .
